New Multipurpose Ball Court for His Kids

September 8, 2015 - Persistence always pays off!!

Our kids are very excited to have their newly designed and constructed multipurpose ball court to play basketball and volleyball with all new equipment. In addition, they acquired two new soccer goals to play soccer in the green area and eight new benches to relax under a beautiful bushy tree.

Thanks to a group of dedicated and persistent volunteers led by Marisela Cortez from AD INFINITUM PL77 a subgroup of Lideres de Miami, together with Saverina Vittorino and Javier V. Romero from Sobtec, Emiliano Salazar from Ferro Services, the Cisnero, the Martinez and the Ledezma Family among other volunteers.

Despite several occasions, the bad weather hindered their good intentions but they would not give up! They showed up to work various Saturdays and a Sunday, during the month of July and August, to complete the work. They were passionate about providing a fun area for the children to play and enjoy the outdoors.

They are proof of what collaboration, teamwork and persistence can accomplish to impact the lives of those in need! On behalf of His children, THANK YOU for a job well done!
