LICENSING SPECIALIST (F/T) Ability to work a flexible schedule. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related area. MAPP training/State Certification preferred. Conducts pre-service and in service training for foster parents. Conducts quarterly home visits to foster homes, conducts MAPP orientation and training, conduct home studies on prospective foster parents and re-licensing, liaison with Our Kids, Childnet and/or DCF in regards to licensing and re-licensing. Knowledge of re-licensing and licensing preferred. Knowledge of dependency/child welfare preferred. Must be energetic, detailed, and have great organizational and communication skills. |

DATA ENTRY (F/T) Assists the Data Analyst in pulling management reports from FSFN & Mindshare. Data entry into FSFN. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must have extensive computer knowledge. Knowledge of the dependency system preferred. |

FACILITIES CLERK (P/T) Hours: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Reconcile orders, computer inputting, deliver mail to the post office. Must have extensive computer knowledge. Type no less than 40 wpm. Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Must have a good driving record and a valid Florida driver’s license. Must have excellent communication skills and work as a team. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

MAINTENANCE F/T Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. Performs routine maintenance duties including rough carpentry, painting, landscaping and basic equipment or facility repairs. Must have experience, have a good driving record and have a great sense of driving directions in both Miami and Broward County’s. Must be able to drive a 16 foot boxed truck. |

RESIDENT COUNSELOR (F/T) Must be flexible with hours. The Resident Counselor provides direct support to the adolescent boys residing in the home. Maintains structure in the home, enforces adherence to rules and policies as well as provide encouragement, guidance, relationship and fellowship to the residents. Teach and model life skills. The Resident Counselor supports His House mission by serving as a role model to those in his or her care. Must have a BA in Social Services or 4 years of experience working in a residential setting with adolescents required. Must have a good driving record and a valid Florida driver’s license. |

Manages household; finances including household petty cash, food and household supplies, local outings and educational and special needs expenditures. Manages and assists with domestic duties and general organization of the house. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must have experience working with children.
