Achievement Testing:
Stanford Achievement Test (SAT) is administered in order to measure academic achievement at the end of the year. School assessments as well as progress reports are also used to monitor academic progress. The Academy now provides direct educational services to both economically disadvantaged children and foster children. Therefore making a private education accessible to all at-risk children.
We also test all students on a quarterly basis in math using Kaufman Math Test and in reading with the Diagnostic Reading Assessment. This test is used initially to determine student math and reading levels and whether or not they have a need for an Academic Improvement Plan so that we can work on strengthening their weak area.
